Our facility is capable of manufacturing between 1 to 2 million plastic cards per month, with the capacity to double this output when required. Cutting-Edge Technology: We utilise in-house DTP and CTP imaging alongside 3 KBA Genius printing presses, each with 5-colour capabilities.
Comprehensive Production Line: Our facility includes 2 silkscreen lines, 3 heavy-duty lamination presses, 7 automated card punches, and 3 foiling machines, among other advanced equipment.
Personalisation and Security: We offer extensive customisation options including custom images and text on the base core layer of the card, UV printing, spot colours, metallic inks, holograms, hidden features, and micro text. We can incorporate almost any security feature available for plastic cards.
