Please note that all card printer manufacturers have print head warranties that cover MANUFACTURER defects only and require print heads to be returned to the manufacturer for warranty claim inspection.
Damage by poor maintenance, willful or negligent operation, or dirt in the operating environment will render a print head warranty invalid. In the event of printhead damage the client will need to order and pay for a replacement head and the credit claim will be sent to the relevant printer manufacturer’s country offices for processing. This may take 6-8 weeks for processing. We will endeavor to prevent this at all costs by providing quality training and consumables as well as any further reasonable assistance we are able.
