Our plain white PVC cards give desktop card printers a smooth, high-gloss surface for clear text, photographs and full-colour designs. Use them for staff badges, student cards, membership cards and other printed credentials.

02 / Adhesive plain white cards
Refresh the print. Reuse the underlying card.
We manufacture our adhesive plain white cards locally. Print new user details onto the white face, peel away the backing and apply the printed layer to a suitable existing card. This is useful when reissuing RFID credentials whose electronics can remain in service.
- Designed for compatible direct-to-card thermal printers.
- Approximately 400 μm card layer, excluding adhesive and backing.
- A practical option for replacing visible identification while retaining a reusable RFID card.

Printing adhesive cards: a simple workflow
- Confirm compatibility. Check the adhesive card’s supplied thickness against your printer’s supported media and settings.
- Print the new details. Print onto the white PVC face using the agreed printer setup.
- Peel and apply. Remove the backing and apply the printed card layer to a clean, suitable card surface.
- Check the finished credential. Confirm that printing, handling and reader operation suit your application before a larger rollout.

Can you supply large quantities from stock?
Yes. CTS carries large quantities of plain-card stock for bulk requirements. We manufacture our adhesive cards locally and can manufacture additional plain white cards on demand when needed. Availability and production timing depend on the card type and order size; send your quantity and deadline for confirmation.
Will these cards work in my desktop printer?
Compatibility depends on the printer model, printing method and supported thickness. Include your printer model in your enquiry, particularly for adhesive cards, so we can help confirm the appropriate consumable.
Does an adhesive card change the RFID function?
The adhesive card provides a new printable face; it does not reprogram the underlying RFID credential. Your card administrator must manage access permissions and confirm the completed card works with the relevant readers.
