We print and assemble RFID smart cards in South Africa using imported microchips. Our MIFARE cards incorporate genuine NXP chips sourced from certified vendors. We can help assess an existing sample when you need to identify the card technology for a new order.

Match the card to your system

RFID cards are not interchangeable across all readers. The chip type and configuration must suit your reader and software.

Blank or custom-printed RFID cards

Choose blank white cards for printing on compatible desktop ID card printers, or have your cards pre-printed with your organisation’s branding and agreed security features. We can leave designated areas ready for you to add cardholder details on site.

Our blank card range uses CR80 format, measuring 85.60 × 53.98 mm, with a listed thickness of 30 mil. We will confirm the finished specification for your chosen RFID card and printer.

Applications

RFID cards can support staff and visitor access, membership identification, and transport or ticketing applications when matched to the appropriate system. Attendance recording and access permissions are managed by the connected reader and software. Other applications include compatible parking systems, cashless vending, loyalty programmes and student identification. The required functions depend on the selected chip and the system in which it is used.
