Returns Policy

In the event that you wish to return the items you buy from us we will endeavor to accommodate your requirements as best we can. Items must be in the same condition they were supplied in which includes any original packaging.

Card Technology Services (PTY) Ltd has agreements with its suppliers with regards to returns in terms of Section 55 of the CPA shall apply mutatis mutandis to THE CLIENT, having the effect such that the terms apply directly between THE CLIENT and the supplier of the product that THE CLIENT wishes to return. Card Technology Services (PTY) Ltd will merely act as an intermediately between THE CLIENT and the local distributor. Used Printer Ribbons shall not be accepted for returns unless they are faulty and will be checked by our technical team. Returns of items with damage to any barcode, serial number or identification number will not be accepted.All cost relating to the return of items, including but not limited to the courier cost, shall be payable by THE CLIENT.

Card Technology Services (PTY) Ltd may charge a handling fee on returns between 4 and 15%.

All risk of damage, theft or loss of the items being returned shall rest with THE CLIENT.
