Conditions for Returns:
- Used printer ribbons can only be returned if found faulty after inspection by our technical team.
- Items with damaged barcodes, serial numbers, or identification numbers will not be accepted.
- All return costs, including courier fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
Handling Fees:
- A handling fee of 5-15% may be applied to returns, depending on the condition and type of item being returned.
Risk of Returns:
- The customer assumes all risks related to the damage, theft, or loss of returned items during shipping.
